Ben Friedland is Vice President of Marketing at Lucky’s Market - one of the fastest growing natural food retailers in the country. Prior to Lucky’s, he led all marketing and communications efforts for the Rocky Mountain region of Whole Foods Market. He is a self-proclaimed “accidental grocer”. Prior to his tenure in the natural foods industry, he spent a decade leading public relations and marketing teams in the destination travel industry for both Copper Mountain Resort and Winter Park Resort in Colorado. Friedland’s professional passion lies in uncovering consumer insights, then using them to create compelling, emotional and relevant storytelling. He strives for ideas that help to grow the business, wow customers and benefit the community at large. He is a married father of twin, 7-year old boys. His personal passions include skiing, running, road biking and spending time with his family in the mountains.
