Brad is the Chief Science and Technology Officer for Prenexus Health, and a Professor of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto. Brad has worked extensively in the fields of bioprocessing and biomedical engineering, including microbial and enzymatic processes, the production of prebiotics and value added compounds from agricultural crops and biomass, and applications to human health. Recently, Brad has focused on mechanisms of microbial utilization of prebiotics, and the use of prebiotics for human health. Brad has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.
