Jill McIntosh is the Vice President of Natural Foods Merchandising for The Kroger Co. and is responsible for sales of natural and organic products throughout the Kroger family of stores. Previously, she held the position of VP of Human Resources for Fred Meyer Stores, a division of the Kroger Co. Before Fred Meyer, she held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations for the Corporate Brands & Manufacturing division of the Kroger Co. Prior to this, she was Head of Money Services for Kroger Personal Finance and before that was Corporate Counsel for Kroger. Prior to joining Kroger she was a corporate attorney at Keating, Muething and Klekamp and Fuller and Henry. Jill was selected by Kroger to Co-Chair the Cincinnati Chapter of Network of Executive Women. Jill has served as a board member of the YWCA of Greater Portland, BRIDGES for a Just Community (Cincinnati), Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (Cincinnati), The Toledo Ballet Company and Vice Chair of the Corporate Counsel Committee of the Cincinnati Bar. She currently serves as a board member for ProKids (Cincinnati). Jill was recognized as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer and as a Women of Influence in the Food Industry by Shelby Publishing Co. and its Griffin Report of the Northeast publication. Jill was named a Rising Star by the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. The Ohio State Bar Foundation selected her to receive the District 1 Community Service Award. Jill has received the Outstanding Alumna Award from St. Ursula Academy (Toledo). Jill received her B.S.B.A. from Xavier University in 1994 and her J.D., from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1997. She was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1997. She resides in Cincinnati with her husband Scott and her three girls, Kate (16), Jane (12), and Mary (9).
