Debbie Wildrick is the Chief Strategy Officer for MetaBrand. In her leadership role, she leads the consulting business dedicated to helping brands maximize their potential through effective innovation, branding and consumer messaging, and driving sales and profitability through effective strategy execution including a keen understanding of channel optimization. Prior to MetaBrand, Debbie was Board Director and CEO of Bazi, Inc. She also led the sales initiatives at two start-ups, The FRS Company, FRS Healthy Energy and Equa Water Corporation. Debbie spent several years at 7-Eleven, Inc. with her last position as Senior Director – Vault and Proprietary Beverages; both non-alcohol and alcohol. She was responsible for $3.3 Billion or 40% of all merchandise sales for over 5500 stores in the U.S. market. Debbie’s packaged goods experience includes seven years at Tropicana North America, as national accounts manager for immediate consumption, where she led the company’s efforts for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Tropicana, she led the Southwest Region for Sundance Juice Sparklers (Stroh Brewery Company), the first new age beverage, building the brand to a $100 Million within two years. Overall, her diverse background includes a combination of retailer and packaged goods experience. She has experienced the management of all channels, brokers, sales teams, and direct store delivery environments. She earned a Bachelors of Science – Marketing degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Debbie served on the Board of a leading industry organization, Network of Executive Women, from 2004 until 2014 as well as the Executive Committee serving as both Education Chair and Membership Chair. Today, she serves as a Board Advisor and leads the NEW Women’s Small Business initiative. She was president of the Association of Women Executives in 2003 and 2004 and is a graduate of the Cornell Food Executive Program.
