Zach is the author of the bestselling book, “The Invisible Leader” and is a featured contributor for international media outlets such as The Huffington Post Business, Acuity Magazine, and Thrive Global. He is also a Ph.D. candidate, researcher, and Adjunct Faculty at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Zach serves as the co-founder and Vice President of the Foundation for Purposeful Organizations, a nonprofit dedicated to researching and teaching purposeful leadership in business. He lives in Colorado with his wife, two sons, and two adopted dogs.
