Logan Peterman

Farm Resources Manager
Logan Peterman serves as liaison between Organic Valley / CROPP Cooperative and the organic research community, while also leading the cooperative’s internal on-farm analytics development. With a background in ecology and organic vegetable production he has strong experience in the biological and scientific constraints associated with organic production and research. In his position at the cooperative he advises CROPP staff and management on research proposals, solicitations, and technical farming issues confronting member farmers. He works closely with a staff of veterinarians, agronomic specialists, and analysts to facilitate delivery of targeted advice to member farmers throughout the country. In addition, Logan serves on the Board of Trustees at the Organic Center and as a technical advisor to the Farmers Advocating for Organics (FAFO) granting committee. He is deeply committed to supporting the organic sector and improving its ever-deepening understanding of the constraints and benefits of its methods.
