Elzaphan Hotam joined TIPA in 2014, as the VP Sales of North America after spending over 20 year in the chemical industry in different positions. Prior to TIPA, he served as the CEO of Enzymotec USA, subsidiary of Enzymotec Ltd (NASDAQ:ENZY), the nutritional ingredients and medical food company. In this position, Hotam lead the subsidiary company to a continuous double-digit growth with first year sales growing from zero to over $5 M and thereafter increasing by 350 percent in 5 years. Prior to Enzymotec USA, he served for 5 years as the VP Business Development of Enzymotec. In this position, Enzymotec sales grew from zero to $9 M. Previously, Hotam also served as the Business Development Manager of Thrombotec Ltd and as a Development and Process Engineer/Plant Manager in Dead Sea Bromine Group (DSBG) Ltd, a subsidiary of ICL Fertilizers. http://www.tipa-corp.com
