Marci Zaroff has been an internationally-recognized educator and businesswoman in the organic and natural products industry for nearly 18 years. With a business degree from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas Business School, Marci was founder and president of NYC-based Gulliver’s Living & Learning Center, today known as “The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.” A leading pioneer and expert in the organic fiber fashion industry, she coined and trademarked the term “ECOfashion®.” She is an advisor to the Rodale Institute and the Collage Foundation and is on the National Steering Committee of the Organic Trade Association’s Organic Fiber Council. Marci is the founder, president and creative visionary of the Under the Canopy brand of organic fiber apparel and home products.
