Bake’n Joy Foods is responding to consumers’ growing demand for food transparency, and the desire that products be made with a short list of real and wholesome ingredients, with a new line of clean-label bakery items under its Kitchen Cupboard™ brand. Kitchen Cupboard™ products are currently sold to conventional supermarket in-store bakeries, quick service retail chains, and the foodservice industry.

Bake’n Joy’s Kitchen Cupboard™ brand will feature its signature Muffin and Cookie varieties including whole grain lines, that come in a convenient, freezer-to-oven, predeposited format. In addition to frozen predeposited muffins, loaves and cookies, the Kitchen Cupboard™ line contains frozen scoop & bake batters for muffins, brownies and corn breads, thaw and serve items plus bases, mixes and streusel toppings.

Kitchen Cupboard™ clean-label products contain no bleached flour, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no high-intensity sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial preservatives, no aluminum phosphates, no partially hydrogenated oils, no modified starches, and no trans fats – just the same simple, wholesome ingredients you would find in your own kitchen cupboard.
