Panhandle Milling to unveil new organic grain and flour capabilities at Natural Products Expo West 2018

New organic custom flour mixes and non-GMO certification capabilities will expand product options for brands and efficiency in the product creation process

January 2018 – Denver – Panhandle Milling is showcasing new organic capabilities at Natural Products Expo West March 9 – 11, 2018 in Anaheim, Calif. At the expo, the Panhandle Milling team will be at the Panhandle Milling booth #N2336 to discuss our custom organic mix and blend services, along with NON-GMO Project Verified flour certifications.

Our new organic flour mixes and blends are possible with the installation of a state-of-the-art mixer at the Dawn, Texas facility. The new mixer is currently the only one of its kind in the nation. Using this advanced mixing technology, Panhandle Milling’s mix and blend facility can create custom blends that follow a customer’s exact specifications and allow for up to 20% liquid fat or oil to be introduced into dry mixes. The capability to add liquid fat or oil into a mix will increase a brand’s overall efficiency and simplicity in the product creation process.

Along with new organic mixes and blends, Panhandle Milling is excited to offer NON-GMO Project Verified flour certification services.
