KeHe Distributors namesTanka Bar
as one of only five CAREtrade partners
KYLE, S.D., March. 7, 2018 – KeHe, a leading distributor of specialty, fresh and natural as well as organic wholesale foods, has honored Tanka Bar as one of only five CAREtrade partners. CAREtrade is an initiative to identify and promote a set of brands that advance a higher purpose.
Tanka was selected because of its foundational philanthropic values and valued partnership with KeHE.
“As a B Corp, using business as a force for good, KeHE believes in supporting a select group of like-minded supplier and through an application process select five brands annually,” Ari Goldsmith, Executive Director of Marketing at KeHE, said. “Our CARETrade partners operate using a unique business approach that combines commercial success with making the world a better place. They take care of people and the planet before profits.”
Native American Natural Foods, the maker of Tanka Bar, has prided itself on integrity, not only in its food, but also in its company. Founders Mark Tilsen and Karlene Hunter are humbled and honored by the distinction of being a CAREtrade partner.
“KeHe has been one of our oldest and valued distribution partners for many years now and we appreciate this respected company seeing the importance of our social venture,” Dawn Sherman, Chief Executive Officer, said.
