Bioterraneo is the first company to import Organic Gazpacho into the USA. There has been several attemps to commercialize long life shelf gazpacho, most of them resulting in taste that does not resemble the traditional and authentic gazpacho from the south of Spain. This failure is mostly atributable to the use of vegetables in a very advanced stage of ripeness requiring long termal process to stabilize the product. Bioterranio has achieved a formula and recipie by using super fresh organic vegatables that require almost no termal process, thus preserving the authentic flavor and vitamins. The first sales in the USA indicate that the product could be a high rotation one. Bioterraneo offers also a Cherry Tomato Juice that also has outstanding flavor.
