New Products and Packaging

As an ode to its very first and still top-selling product, the company is releasing a limited-edition 30th Anniversary four-pound bag of Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix. Made with premium ingredients like cultured buttermilk and almond meal and 8 grams of whole grains per serving – the same recipe that Pamela developed 30 years ago— this mix can be used to make pancakes, waffles, and all types of delicious baked goods. Available nationwide through 2018, the limited-edition bag has a suggested retail price of $18.49.
The brand is also adding a new line of Crispy Cookies, made with the unique addition of organic tiger nut flour for added flavor and fiber, to its line of gluten-free cookies. Made with over 70 percent organic ingredients and deliciously thin, Pamela’s new Non-GMO Verified gluten-free Crispy Cookies come in three mouthwatering flavors: Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Chunk Walnut, and Ginger. With the increasing demand for grain-free options, the brand will be releasing a line of Paleo baking flours later this year to expand on their current grain-free offerings that includes the Nut Flour Blend made with a combination of almond, coconut, pecan and walnut flours.
