Florence, March 3_rd 2018 – Probios, Italian leader company in the distribution of organic food for vegetarian and intolerant diets – which is celebrating its 40^th anniversary this year – announces its participation to the 2018 edition of Natural Products Expo West, scheduled from the 9^th to 11^th March at the Convention Center in Anheim, California. The expo, at its 37^th edition, is the main worldwide exhibition for natural and healthy food, and will involve more than 80000 exhibitors, including Probios, pioneer of the sector and healthy food innovator.

At its stand (ACC Level 30, tabletop #7410), the Tuscan group will display its main references, such as Mayorice, from Rice&Rice, the first rice-based mayonnaise, 100% plant based, winner in 2004 of the Biofach Innovation Award, available in 3 varieties: Original, Cocktail and Tartar Style.

Also, the products from GOVegan!, such as the spreadable creams made with Italian hazelnuts and almonds, gluten free and palm oil free, such as the Vegan Ciok and Vegan White Ciok. GOVegan products are in fact specifically designed to offer a new way to eat ethically, respecting every human being.

Probios will also present a wide selection of gluten free products, such as the 100% pulses pasta, perfect for those who suffer from food intolerances, but also for vegetarian and vegans, since they’re high in fibers and vegetable protein. Also, the buckwheat specialties from AltriCereali, and the tasty Panito’s taralli snacks.

Moreover, a wide space of the stand will be dedicated to Il Nutrimento, company part of the Group since 2005 and ideal partner for Private Label. In particular, the company will display the Kale Pesto, vegan and Gluten free, made with Italian raw processed kale; the Soy Mayonnaise,egg free, 100% plant based and glute free, made with Italian soy drink and sunflower seed oil and available in many varieties, with beet, with turmeric and ginger, with hemp seeds or natural. Also from Il Nutrimento, the Soy Rag, a tasty and healthy sauce, perfect for everyone.
