They’ll be able to check the manufacturing date and location, read details about the ingredients, and see lab reports that validate the safety and authenticity of the product, directly from their phones.

According to a survey by Nutrition Business Journal and New Hope Network, just 39 percent of consumers find supplement manufacturers trustworthy, and a whopping 59 percent think there could be undisclosed ingredients in their supplements.
