New York, New York (March 5, 2018) - Peanut Butter & Co. maker of peanut and tree nut spreads and a pioneer in the natural specialty food marketplace will unveil a new look for its brand and packaging at Natural Products Expo West 2018 in Anaheim, California. Peanut Butter & Co. has unified its peanut butters, peanut powders, chocolatey hazelnut spreads and tree nut butters under the Peanut Butter & Co. brand name with exciting new packaging designed to highlight consumers’ favorite ways of enjoying the products.
Mouthwatering spoonfuls of peanut butter appear front and center on most of the new packaging. Research conducted by the Company revealed that a spoonful of peanut butter, eaten right from the jar, is a very popular use for its products. “We’re embracing this trend,” says Peanut Butter & Co. Founder & CEO Lee Zalben. “Peanut butter is a delicious and nutritious snack and is a favorite of adults and kids alike. We’re inviting everyone to grab a spoon and dig in!” The company’s peanut powders feature photos of smoothies, the top usage for that product, and the Company’s portion control squeeze packs and dipping cups feature apples, pretzels, celery, and strawberries, all combined with peanut butter.
The new labels highlight the brands commitment to premium, non-GMO Project verified ingredients, and the illustrated background pattern evokes elements of fun and happiness that are hallmarks of the Peanut Butter & Co. brand. Blue remains an important color for the brand, appearing on both the lid and the Company’s updated logo.
In addition to the new look, Peanut Butter & Co., is proud to announce the endorsement of their peanut powders by global wellness company and the world’s leading commercial weight management program, Weight Watchers International, Inc. (“WW”).
Starting later this month, consumers will be able to find WW-endorsed Peanut Butter & Co. peanut powder online and in grocery stores. With only 1 Weight Watchers SmartPoints value per 2 tbsp serving, Peanut Butter & Co.’s peanut powder is a great, SmartPoints-friendly option on the WW Freestyle™ program. The powders are available in a variety of flavors including Original, Vanilla, Flax & Chia, and Honey among others.
