Hand-cooked in small batches to ensure every bag gets the royal treatment, each kettle-cooked crisp recipe uses top-notch potato varieties meticulously selected from local farms across the United States. Chosen for depth of character and crunch potential, these first-rate spuds are thick cut and “farm spun” to remove excess oil.
