Started by chefs Alain Sinturel and Jean Pierre Pradie, the brand has since become the largest and oldest pâté company in the U.S. Les Trois Petits Cochons is one of the most awarded specialty food companies in North America, with 20+ sofi awards, and continues to produce artisanal and premium pâté and charcuterie by crafting small, handmade batches using only high-quality ingredients.
